What about website hosting?
Our Ecommerce packages have specific web hosting technical requirements. The system must be installed on a suitable web hosting server. We will take care of all the technical aspects of your website hosting account. Click on the banner below and sign up for a HOME PRO web hosting account.

I already have a domain name but no website hosting?
If you have registered a domain name it will need to be transfered to the web hosting company. Click on the green banner above to sign up for the HOME PRO hosting account. Click on DOMAIN NAMES > TRANSFER DOMAIN to transfer your name across and follow the process through, or contact us for assistance.

Product data entry - how do we supply our product details to you?
We will provide you with a spreadsheet. Complete the spreadsheet with your product details and return it to us. Information required includes product name, short and long description, price, options etc. We will enter 30 products as part of the inclusive package fee. Additional product data entry will be priced separately if required.

What about product photos?
Product photos should be supplied to us on CD with approrpriate image file names for our reference. Contact us for more details about product images.Your product images 'sell' your products on the website. Continuity across the website, background colour, aspect ratio, sizing and quality are all important elements.

Do you provide ongoing support such as SEO?
Yes. We provide an ongoing support service and full search engine marketing services to maximise ROI, boost your website traffic and improve sale conversion rates. Contact us for details.

Are there any ongoing Software costs?
The package fee includes 12 months software technical support and software upgrades (as and when upgrades are released). At the end of the 12 month period you have the OPTION of purchasing another 12 months software tehcnical support and upgrades, as follows

Standard Package : £80 (Optional year 2 software technical support)
Professional Package : £260 (Optional year 2 software technical support)
Enterprise Package : £470 (Optional year 2 software technical support)

What are all of the costs involved in setting up my online store?
1. Domain name registration fee (i.e mywebsitename.co.uk). £5.58 for 2 years registration of a .co.uk domain name. Click here to purchase your domain name.
2. Website hosting package (renewable annually). Purchase this with your domain name for simplicity! Click here to purchase the Home Pro Account, cost £89.99.

3. Ecommerce package fee (choose from our Standard, Professional or Enterprise packages). Inclusive in the cost are : the Ecommerce software licence fee with 12 months software technical support, system set up and installation, payment gateway integration, website design and build, product data entry of 30 products.
4. Payment Gateway fees. You will need a payment service provider to process the customer payments on your website. See our payment providers page for details. Depending on your choice of provider, costs involved are fees per transaction, monthly fee etc,

Once the website is live and up and running - what are the ongoing costs?
1. Domain name renewal (i.e mywebsitename.co.uk). A ".co.uk" domain name is renewable every 2 years.
2. Your website hosting account is renewable annually.
3. If a new upgrade of the software is released, we can manage the store upgrade for you (recommended).
4. At the end of 12 months, you have the OPTION of purchasing another 12 months software tehcnical support & upgrades. See above for price details.
If required, we can manage the store upgrade process for you when an upgrade is released (recommended).
5. If you require our ongoing support, e-consulatancy or search engine promotion services, we can price this according to your specific requirements.

Is the software suitable for all types of product?
